Cronulla Easter Show 2013

Give your family a taste of the country with a trip to Cronulla, in southern Sydney Australia this Easter! FREE entry every day of the Easter long weekend.

Animals are the star attraction this year at the Cronulla Easter Show. Guaranteed to make you smile are the brand new Animal Caper Shows along with show favourites the animal farm and pony rides.

There will be plenty of new activities at the show this year too. Have you ever dreamed of running away to join the circus? Find out if your talents could cut it at the Circusworks circus school.

Roving entertainers, market stalls, activity stalls, face painting, carnival rides, showbags and much much more will make your Easter an extra special one at Cronulla .

Program

• Circus School 

  - daily from 10am to 4pm (FREE). For hands on fun, Circusworks present their colourful interactive circus workshop enclosure, the Circus Playground. You can learn to juggle, walk on stilts or hula-hoop, there is something for everyone no matter what age or agility. It's free..... and adult proof! Located near the Pirate Ship Playground at the south end of the Plaza.

Animal Farm - daily from 10am to 4pm

$3 per child or two children for $5 (adults free)

• Animal Farm

The animal farm is a must do activity for all visitors at Cronulla Easter Show. Children can learn about different types of farm animals and have the opportunity to pat and feed them in a fun and safe environment (cups of feed are available for purchase). The Animal Farm is located on the Pavilion Stage in Cronulla Plaza.  Animal Caper Shows - Fri, Sat & Mon at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm (FREE)

• Animal Talent Time 

Have you ever seen a chicken riding a skateboard, a pig rolling out the red carpet or a dog fetching a drink? Meet Dolly, Coco, Matilda and their friends from Animal Talent Time as they show off their skills. Then meet the stars 'backstage' after the shows. Shows will be held at the Pavilion Stage ampitheatre.

• Kush Carnivale on Stilts 

- Sat & Sun from Noon to 3pmThis high energy duo, will be lighting up the Plaza, with Latin love songs, samba percussion and a zany Carmen Miranda character.

• Pony Rides

- Sun 10am to 4pm. Get in touch with your inner cowboy with a ride on one of our lovable ponies. Located at the Pavilion Stage ampitheatre. Rides cost $5 for children.

• Showbags

The best part of the Easter Show for kids of all ages is being able to take home your own bag of goodies to enjoy. There are lots to choose from depending whether you're a sweet tooth, a princess or a budding magician. If you can't wait until Easter to make your choice , take a sneak peak at the Showbag List and start planning your visit to the showbag stall at the Cronulla Easter Show. In addition to the online Showbag List, the following licensed character bags will be available for sale:
Spongebob Squarepants, Mickey Mouse, Angry Birds, Dora the Explorer, My Little Pony, Thomas The Tank Engine, Ben 10.

Travelling to the Cronulla Easter Show

Cronulla is easily accessible by train. Cronulla train station is right across the road from Cronulla Street and makes getting to the Easter Show easy. Parking in Cronulla is limited particularly during special events. For a parking map, click here. Bicycle racks are located throughout Cronulla including Cronulla Train Station and along Cronulla Street (near Cold Rock IceCreamery, outside the Women's Rest Centre and near Kafenio). There are also bike racks located on the ground floor of the Croydon Street Carpark.
