has unveiled plans for the multi-million dollar enhancement of its acclaimed desert retreat Longitude 131° at Uluru. Works will commence from April 1, 2017 and the lodge will close until July 31, 2017 inclusive. The plans include: a new premium suite, a major redevelopment of the central Dune House, a signature spa facility and re-landscaped swimming pool, and a new dune-top bar and deck. Upgrades are planned for several tourism attractions near Litchfield National Park. 

Enhancements include the addition of a café at Batchelor Museum, updates to kitchen and dining facilities at Litchfield Motel and the construction of a Helicopter landing pad and car park that will allow for scenic flights over Wangi Falls.
