BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS TO VISIT ORANGE THIS WEEKEND

Australia’s number-one lifestyle show, Better Homes and Gardens will visit Orange this weekend as part of joint initiative between Orange City Council and Destination NSW.

The show will film the Orange Farmers Markets, the 145th annual Orange Show and other attractions in the region.

NSW Minister for Tourism and Major Events Adam Marshall said, “Our partnership with Orange City Council and Better Homes and Gardens has provided us with a great opportunity to profile this beautiful region and encourage ongoing visitation, helping to grow the state’s economy.”

Orange Mayor John Davis said Better Homes and Gardens had picked a brilliant time of the year to visit Orange.

“When they go to Cook Park or Campbell’s Corner, they’ll be seeing the Autumn colours that show Orange at its best. The entire team of high-profile presenters, including Johanna Griggs, will be here and it will be a return visit for Dr Harry, who judged the pet competition at the Orange Show in 1998,” Mr Davis said.

The episode will air around Australia on the Seven Network on 23 June.
